As a clinical social worker my practice is focused within a trauma responsive and strength based approach. Life can be hard and relationships can be complicated. In my over twenty-four years of experience I do believe that there is a path forward for you and that you have many strengths to build upon to support your happiness. We will work together to honour your current situation, have supportive dialogue to understand where you aspire to be and move forward with intention to create a plan that aligns with your goals. Various hours including evening and weekend appointments, in person and virtual. Walk and talk therapy available.
