I am a Registered Social Worker providing counselling and psychotherapy for a wide range of concerns, including trauma and abuse, anxiety, and grief and loss. I use a variety of treatment modalities, including EMDR Therapy, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (SP), Narrative Therapy and Creative Strategies. I have a client-centered approach, firmly believing that all people with whom I have the privilege to collaborate have skills and strengths for growth and change. If you choose to do counselling with me, I will work with you in the unique place that you are at, from a holistic framework.
