Hi, I’m Tracy and I’m so glad you’re here. Is motherhood different than what you imagined? If so, you’re in good company. I’m a Registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist with a strong focus on perinatal mental health, motherhood, and complex trauma. I also work as a birth and postpartum doula, which deeply informs how I show up in the therapy room. I understand — both professionally and personally — how layered experiences like pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and parenting can be. There can be joy and gratitude alongside grief, anger, anxiety, or loss of self. All of it belongs here.
