For more than 20 years, I have focused on helping children, teens, and adults navigate trauma, personal challenges, relationship struggles, mental health, and behavioural concerns. My approach is relaxed, neuroaffirming, compassionate, and collaborative; it is grounded in experience working with clients in private practice, crisis services, family outreach, lived-in treatment, treatment classrooms, and youth justice. Together, we can tackle complex mental health challenges, anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-harm, trauma, behavioural challenges, and parent work. Parent and child relationships are an important part of my work.
