As a mom, neonatal nurse and Perinatal Mental Health Certified Professional, I am passionate about supporting parents through the challenges and transitions of pregnancy, postpartum and beyond. My work is rooted in both professional expertise and personal lived experience. After navigating my own journey with perinatal mood and anxiety disorders and facing a lack of appropriate, trauma informed resources, I developed a deep understanding of how isolating the perinatal period can feel. Those experiences inspired me to pursue specialized education and training in perinatal mental health, birth trauma, and pregnancy and infant loss.
