I am a therapist who believes healing happens through awareness, connection, and feeling truly understood. I work from a trauma-informed, strengths-based perspective and incorporate present-moment exploration, psychoeducation, and attachment awareness. I strive to create a space that is culturally sensitive, collaborative, and grounded in respect for each client’s lived experience. I view therapy as a partnership, where my role is to offer reflection, curiosity, and guidance while honoring each client’s innate capacity for insight, growth, and change.
