I would like to help you. You may be struggling and stuck. You may have lost connection to a loved one. You may be grappling with who you are and who you want to be. As a child of two psychotherapists, I was introduced to mental health, personal wellness, and relationship growth at a young age. I learned to use a variety of evidence-based therapy techniques with individuals and couples that help to facilitate change and understanding.
