You might be feeling overwhelmed, easily irritated, or disconnected from yourself. Maybe you’re holding a lot, emotionally, mentally, or within your relationships, and you’re not sure how to slow it down or feel like yourself again. You may notice patterns you don’t fully understand, or feel stuck in cycles that are hard to shift. Many of the people I work with are used to being the ones who hold it all together, but underneath feel exhausted, reactive, or disconnected. Together, we create space to gently explore what’s coming up, and begin to move forward in a way that feels more grounded, steady, and aligned.
