I recognize that life is complex, and so are the issues we live with. Whether it be a significant change, like losing a loved one, or tension within a meaningful relationship, it can feel overwhelming and hopeless trying to find our way through these challenges. I believe that we have the solutions to solve our problems within us and, at times, this requires us to reach out for support to uncover the answers to overcome these problems. From there, we seek to understand how we can learn from these hard times to strengthen ourselves and our relationships and find meaning from our experiences.
