Are you seeking a genuine, deep healing experience on your path to wholeness that combines modern and traditional methods? I work with people of all backgrounds who have experienced trauma, depression, and/or anxiety to access their innate resilience and healing. Trauma can include any experience overwhelming to the nervous system. I work with my clients to create an environment built on trust, safety, compassion, and positive regard in order to develop the capacity to expand empathy, resilience, and self-confidence. Many clients find it helpful to anchor our work in the present moment using mindfulness breathing.
