Whether you are struggling in your personal life, have relational issues, have professional conflicts or experience challenges in your new role, our psychotherapists can provide creative perspectives to help better manage your situation. We are trained in helping adults with personal growth, can support them through transitions (divorce/separation, immigration, etc) and help them develop parenting skills. Our art therapists are trained in helping children with emotional/ behavioural issues, ADHD, trauma, attachment, phobias, chronic illnesses, grief and loss, and divorced parents. We also welcome Indigenous and refugees clients.
