The areas I have expertise in goes beyond the following: issues of depression, trauma, anxiety, stress, social struggles, break-ups, loneliness, addiction, sexuality, grief and anger using modern therapy techniques which includes CBT, EMDR, AEDP, mindfulness and SE. So many forms of suffering will diminish and feelings of lightness, joy, peace of mind, stability and love will grow. I don't take insurance of any kind. I have a sliding scale based on ability to pay. $135 is my minimum.
