This is a space to slow down, be heard, and begin where you are. I offer a warm, collaborative, and client-centered approach to therapy that honours your lived experience and individual needs. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, burnout, life transitions, and the emotional experiences that arise across various life events. Many clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or disconnected from themselves after long periods of pushing through, caregiving, or carrying visible and invisible expectations. Together, we can create space to slow down, increase self-awareness, and better understand the emotional patterns.
