I care deeply about nervous systems, nature, and the messy, tender experience of being human. Reaching out can feel vulnerable, especially when things feel heavy or uncertain. You might be feeling low, grieving, or carrying the impact of trauma. You may simply be wanting to feel more grounded, connected, or at ease. Whatever is bringing you here, we can take our time.
