I am eclectic and IFS-trained in my approach to guiding pre-teens, teens, and adults as they build connection with different parts and discover more fully who they are. You may be feeling stuck, lost or overwhelmed. I support clients as they learn to connect with their emotions, increase self-esteem, gain confidence, and build resilience in the face of life's challenges. I am a registered social worker (MSW, RSW) and a board-certified and accredited (MTA & MT-BC) music therapist. I have worked in various settings including child psychiatry, community mental health and in a music therapy clinic. social worker and psychotherapist.
