I am an EMDR-trained Associate Professional Clinical Counselor based in Newport Beach. I work with women, first responders, couples, students, new parents and individuals navigating trauma, PTSD, complex PTSD, anxiety, relationship challenges, postpartum, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm.
