If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or carrying the impact of painful experiences, you don't have to navigate it alone. I work with youth and adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and emotional overwhelm. I am especially passionate about supporting female-identified survivors of violence, abuse, and unhealthy relationships. Many of my clients struggle with self worth, boundaries, people pleasing, and trusting themselves after difficult experiences. Therapy can be a space to reconnect with yourself and begin moving toward healing and growth.
