Accepting new clients – Do you find yourself constantly worrying about what others think, struggling to set boundaries, or feeling responsible for everyone else's happiness? Maybe you often second-guess yourself, fear rejection, or feel like you're never enough no matter how hard you try. I help adults navigate anxiety, self-doubt, and relationship patterns that keep them stuck in cycles of people-pleasing and emotional overwhelm. Using body-based approaches such as IFS and somatic therapy, we'll work together to build self-trust, healthier boundaries, and more fulfilling relationships.
