You don't have to go through life challenges alone! My goal as your therapist would be to help guide you through life’s challenges while empowering you to find your inner resiliency. I strive to provide a safe, supportive, empathetic and validating experience to all of my clients. I provide individual therapy for preteens, teens and adults of all ages. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, mood disorders, personality disorders, eating disorders, trauma, PTSD, self-esteem, codependency, relationship issues, adjustment issues, and life transitions.
