With over a decade of experience within the field, it is my true passion to work with adolescents, adults and families. I have a diverse background, but specialize in difficult life transitions, anxiety/mental health, trauma/PTSD, addiction and emotional regulation difficulties. I offer a trusting therapeutic, safe and confidential virtual space by phone/video to promote vulnerability which leads to interpersonal goals and growth. I practice traditional methods of therapy such as psychotherapy, DBT, CBT, ACT, solution focused, evidence based, and trauma informed care.
