Life can be busy, my hours have now been extended adding additional early or late sessions for new clients! Let's reduce some of the overwhelm, life can already have a way of leaving us anxious and distressed. Other times we might be unsure how to cope or help our loved ones to do so. I am happy to offer counselling to adolescents, adults, and couples that are looking for ways to navigate difficulties in their relationships, grief and/or trauma, emotional dysregulation, anxiety, or stress. I enjoy holding space for those parts normally left unsaid, seldom aired, and hidden behind our protective masks.
