I have worked extensively with individual adults and couples for almost twenty years, helping them find hope, insight, and real change. Now I specialize in two specific but broad areas. First, clients who suspect or recognize that their struggles may be rooted in unresolved events, traumas, or beliefs inherited from their past. This manifests as past memories continuing to resurface, being easily irritated, overwhelming shame, fears, insecurities, and unhealthy or codependent relationships. My second area of focus is helping couples going through marital distress find healing through Focus on the Family Hope Restored intensives.
