I enjoy working with children, teens and adults. I have experience working with relational issues, parenting, stress, school problems, workplace stress, self-esteem, separation and divorce, grief, life transitions, ADHD, anxiety and depression. My clients and I work together to find creative and practical ideas to help them to reach their therapeutic and personal goals. I typically write down ideas and suggestions that relate to a session, and send them home with each client so that they can continue to focus on their goals and practice concrete strategies.
