As a Licensed Therapist, and in the field for the past 28 years, I believe each person's mental health is their own, and it does not define you! We may struggle with symptoms of mental health, but that is just what they are...symptoms! And I promise, they can be managed with the right therapist, the right tools, and the right support. That is what I aim to provide to my clients: a safe environment for you to share, so I can equip you with the tools and support to become the best version of yourself. I want my clients to feel safe and know they are welcome to challenge and react without judgment from me.
