In practice for over 30 years, I work with adults, children, teens and families. My approach rests in the belief that healing and change are possible when people are truly understood, provided the opportunity to tell their story and grow in self-compassion. I support people to identify their therapy goals, and together we direct the healing work. Working creatively is always an option, and I blend many approaches to provide the best fit for each person. I am a Certified Canadian Counsellor and Registered with the American and Canadian Art Therapy Associations. I consult and supervise to diverse professional counsellors.
