I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCPA) with a Master’s in Counselling and over 20 years supporting children, youth, adults, and families. I work as a school counsellor, learning assistance teacher, crisis counsellor, and family therapist. I am EMDR trained, certified in Traumatic Incident Reduction, and have 180 hours of Play Therapy training (including TraumaPlay, Theraplay, and EMDR with children). I am committed to trauma-informed, affirming care, advocating for marginalized and vulnerable populations, and helping clients process grief, trauma, and life transitions.
