I support clients in healing trauma, shifting back into your authentic self—blending psychotherapy with spiritual and energetic healing. As a Reiki practitioner, and intuitive energy worker, I honour the mind–body–spirit connection in every session. As an NLP Master Practitioner and trained hypnotherapist, I also integrate subconscious transformation, somatic awareness, and minds re-patterning for lasting change towards wholeness.
