You're functioning well on the outside. But inside, something doesn't feel settled. There's a particular kind of exhaustion that others can't see. If that's familiar, you're not alone — and you're not broken. It's often the first sign that something real is asking to be heard. I work with professionals in their 30s, 40s, and 50s navigating identity, anxiety & burnout, relational patterns, and the deeper questions that surface when something deeper shifts. They've often tried therapy before and found it helpful — just not enough. My approach is psychodynamic — we go underneath the symptoms, not just around them.
