I consider it a privilege to work with teens, and adults, fostering resilience in the face of life's challenges. Using a variety of therapeutic approaches, I help individuals navigate trauma, life transitions, depression, anxiety and divorce guiding you towards the life you desire. I believe that people have the capacity to not only overcome but also grow from life’s most difficult things and thrive.
