As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor, I work with children, adolescents, and families navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, emotional or behavioral challenges, family conflict, and relationship difficulties. Many come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. Through a compassionate, collaborative, and culturally responsive approach, I help clients build coping skills, strengthen communication, process difficult experiences, and develop resilience so they can create meaningful, lasting change.
