I am currently accepting new clients! - Are you a preteen, teen or young adult that feels as if life is kicking your butt? You don't know how to feel with the stress and anxiety of everyday life? Or, you don't know how to make the right plans to set you up for the rest of your life? Going through life is tough, and sometimes no-one else understands, or will not give the time of day to listen. This may lead to depression, barriers in your everyday life, and just an overall overwhelming sense of being. All of these challenges are difficult, but very real. Your feelings, thoughts, and behaviours are all valid!
