Some experiences change us in ways that are difficult to explain to the people around us. Grief, trauma, caregiving, addiction, burnout, and major life transitions can leave us feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or carrying far more than anyone realizes. I work with first responder families, veterans, healthcare professionals, helping professionals, and others navigating life’s most difficult seasons. My work is informed not only by professional training, but also by lived experience as a person in long-term addiction recovery, a first responder widow, and someone who has been impacted by serious illness, caregiving, and loss.
