I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in private practice and my approach is rooted in psychodynamic psychotherapy. I specialize in working with adults struggling with depression and anxiety disorders, substance use, and relationship problems. I also have a specialty working with caregivers for a family member with dementia. Through our work together, my goal is to help you better understand yourself, what is most important to you, what your goals are, and how to live in alignment with your values to become the person you want to be.
