As your therapist, my greatest priority is to create an accepting and compassionate space where you can feel safe to be yourself, exactly as you are. My wish is that you leave our sessions feeling heard, valued, and hopeful that change is possible. Together, we can gently unpack your burdens, and explore what is keeping you from living a more comfortable and fulfilling life. Should you be seeking deeper healing, we can integrate holistic, evidence-based trauma treatments (such as EMDR) into our work together in a manner that honours your pace/timing. Through collaboration, we can also find creative ways to build upon your strengths!
