Accepting new clients! I'm so grateful to have found therapists that guided me when I had little left to give and, in my practice, I hope to do the same for you. I prefer to move beyond traditional talk therapy and integrate a body-focused approach to working through trauma. I often work with individuals who have the self-awareness but are still stuck repeating the same patterns and reliving the same events. I support neurodivergent adults (e.g. ADHD, Autism), survivors of single-event and complex trauma (e.g., accidents, childhood abuse, domestic violence, racial/gender violence), anxiety and depression, and relationship stress.
