My approach to therapy is a holistic model where we explore mind, body, and spirit in the pursuit of achieving balance. I work with individuals, couples, and families to improve esteem, confidence and better communication skills. From my training in education, guidance and counseling and through my years of school counseling, residential rehab and private practice, I continue to have a passion for helping people.
