I work with individuals navigating anxiety, chronic stress, emotional regulation challenges, trauma, chronic illness, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions. Many clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, disconnected from themselves, or unsure how to move forward. I provide a supportive, collaborative space where clients can build insight, develop practical coping strategies, strengthen resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels safe and manageable. My practice primarily focuses on tele counselling, which many clients find offers greater comfort, privacy, and ease
