You try to stay strong, but the past still shows up in ways that make daily life harder than it needs to be. You’re looking for a place to feel grounded, supported, and able to move toward real healing — not just coping, but genuinely feeling better. If your Christian faith is an important part of your life, I’m able to integrate spiritual perspectives into our work. If not, we’ll simply focus on what feels most supportive and meaningful for you.
