Everyone needs and deserves support to navigate life's challenges. The holistic therapies I share and have been mastering for the last thirty years address the mind, emotions, body and soul. They are particularly helpful for people with backgrounds that include trauma, addiction or abuse, present day emotional, physical or relationship challenges. Through this process of support we bring compassion to our selves and the situations we are facing, enhancing awareness and inviting choices that serve us better and help us feel more comfortable. As we feel safer we can readily heal deeper traumas and truly blossom in our lives.
