Getting to the heart of a problem with compassion and skill, whether it be depression, anxiety, unresolved relationship difficulties, or just being stuck at some place in life, is the key to bringing about a true internal shift that leads to change and relief. People often come to me who have tried other approaches to their suffering, and I am frequently told that, within a few sessions, they begin to experience a new way of relating to themselves and others.
