My patients want to improve their quality of life, work on relationships, career, adjust to life transitions: high school to college, college to work; moving; career shifts; intimacy and commitment; parenthood; relationship choice and dissolution. I work with patients experiencing low self esteem; loss, trauma and grief; maternal adjustment; infertility; eating disorders; mood fluctuations; feelings of aloneness; and a variety of other symptoms that can be self-defeating. My work is different with each patient and always a collaboration with the goal of a better understanding, allowing a more satisfying life.
