With over 14 years of experience in the mental health field, I work with individuals facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, suicidal ideation, co-dependency, life transitions, stress management and other mental health concerns, including psychosis. I provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space, where you can feel truly heard. I believe that trust and connection are at the heart of healing, and I’m committed to building a strong therapeutic relationship with every client I work with.
