Hi, I'm Susan — a therapist based in the Kawartha Lakes region, offering online sessions to clients across Ontario. I believe that healing doesn't have to be complicated, but it does take courage. My role is to walk alongside you as you find your footing. I work with individuals and couples navigating trauma, anxiety, and depression — experiences that can leave you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself or the people you love. My approach is strength-based and solution-focused, which means we start from where you are, and build on what's already working within you.
