At our practice, we are committed to helping children, teens, and adults better understand themselves and thrive emotionally, socially, academically, and personally. Our team provides comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and therapy services. We conduct assessments to better understand learning difficulties, attention and executive functioning concerns, social-emotional, autism level 1 and behavioural challenges. We also provide therapy from ages 7 to adult, supporting concerns such as anxiety, emotional regulation, self-esteem, stress, relationships, burnout, parenting coaching, and parenting a child/youth with ASD.
