Therapy is the journey back to yourself, short-term to clarify a course of action or longer, looking at patterns that have led to pain: overwhelm, isolation, poor boundaries, addiction, depression, loneliness, stress, and more. Our focus will be on who you are, what you need, and what you want to be in your life. Even when you feel disconnected from yourself, weighed down by problems and compromises, there is an essential and valuable you--to be expressed and to be lived. My goal is to help you to connect to, build, and express this person. My life's work is with people working to heal their relationship with themselves
