It can sometimes feel like being a young person is harder than ever in today’s world. Cyberbullying, mental health, gender and sexuality, body image, suicide rates, eating disorders, family breakdown and substance use are among the challenges teens and young adults often have to deal with. These are in addition to school work, dating, and friends. My role is to support and guide you while working to overcome the challenges you face. I aim to provide a caring and trusting space where you can share whatever you want and feel understood. We can work together to help you better cope with your experiences and emotions.
