Life can be challenging and overwhelming sometimes; making one question their ability to move forward and make change. I am a firm believer that change is possible and incorporate a variety of techniques into the therapeutic process depending on each persons unique needs. I am a good listener and offer a supportive, non- judgmental environment. Interventions are strength based focusing on the positive attributes that can be a source of support while working on the more difficult issues that may be interfering with you taking charge of and living your best life.
