My practice is entitled 'Awareness: The First Step to Healthy Living' because I believe that clients want to explore and become familiar with their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, so that life can feel fulfilling. We all experience confusion in life, questioning how to navigate the difficult stages of change, loss, upheaval, insecurity, and, hoping to feel content and accepting of ourselves. I hope to work with clients who want help in managing their lives, whether they struggle with serious mental health, or would like reflect on what they can do better.
