I work with couples navigating difficult conversations, trust concerns, and questions about the future of their relationship. I also support teens facing anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and behavioural challenges, specialize in directive play therapy for children, and work with families navigating court involvement, reunification, and complex family dynamics.
