I worked for the last 9 years with adults to process and overcome the far-reaching impacts of trauma on the mind and body. Trauma can show up in many ways in the mind and body including anxiety, depression, nightmares, difficulty trusting others, among many other common symptoms. I use a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches that are trauma focused to support you in processing your experiences and reaching your goals for therapy.
